 If a cheque is returned “Non Sufficient Funds”, subsequent payment must be paid by money order or credit card. The privilege to pay by cheque will be lost until reinstated by the Board (following a written request). Players will not be able to participate on ice until the registration fee has been paid.
 Refunds require the approval of the SWHA Registrar and/or Board of Directors. All refunds processed by SWHA will be subject to a minimum $20.00 refund processing fee. Credit card refunds are processed within a week. Cheque refunds will take up to 3 weeks since cheques must be signed by 2 executive members and mailed out.
 A $50.00 per player community centre “Participation Fee” is charged to each member in order to help pay for costs of providing facilities. This fee and will be retained in all refund situations except for those players advancing to and participating in AAA and/or High School programs (see AAA and High School Registration). The mandated community centre fee is collected by SWHA and forwarded to the player’s home community centre. This is NOT a hockey program fee.
 The amount refunded to any player who withdraws (i.e. high school players, medical reasons or employment transfer) will take into account ice fees for pre-season skates, tryouts and scheduled games (regardless if played) to date of refund request for determining amount to be refunded.
 Late registration fee does not apply to new players.
 No refunds after December 31st.
